Names are an extra 30 galleons.

Marauder walked into the shop, jumping at the loud bell. ((I swear, those things are just out to scare me!!)) Casually waving at Dragon, who was staring at the list of pets sold, Marauder walked by in search of the goldfish. Having no sucess, Marauder walked back to the list to reassure herself that they sold goldfish there.
"THEY DON'T SELL GOLDFISH???!!" Marauder exclaimed angrily, marching up to the counter with hunched shoulders. She had a bone to pick, and it was a thick one. I mean, the nerve of the shop. Not selling goldfish should be a crime.
Broodingly, Marauder approached the till, the shopkeeper leaning slowly back with every step.

Marauder gasped in delight as the list changed to accomodate her goldfish needs.
"I'll take a white goldfish, please." She requested at the till, forking over the 20 required gallons. I'll come back and name her later.

The helper took the twenty galleons and gave Maurader her much coveted goldfish in a bowl.

Marauder smiled at the shopkeeper in thanks, cradling her beloved goldfish in her arms.
"Let's go, buddy!" She cooed to the goldfish, pausing at the door before bravely pushing it open, simply grimacing at the loud clang of the bell for her goldfish's sake.
EDIT: Marauder waltzed right back into the magical mangerie, noticing she had forgotten to name her goldfish.
"Can I name her Molly?" She asked tentivly, forking over the gallons.
